Crista Jacobe-Mann

Crista Jacobe-Mann, M.P.T.

Crista is a second-generation PT at Nevada Physical Therapy and a fifth generation native Nevadan. Having grown up tearing tape, adjusting crutches, and watching her father care for her injured soccer friends, PT has been in her blood since day one. Originally wanting to be a biology teacher in high school, she started working as a tech at Nevada Physical Therapy while attending the University of Nevada, Reno where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2003. This is when she realized how much teaching is involved in the PT-Patient relationship. She then went on to earn her master’s degree in Physical Therapy from California State University at Long Beach in 2006. She immediately moved back to Reno to begin her career at Nevada Physical Therapy. In addition to treating spines and extremities, Crista is a Certified Pregnancy and Post-Partum Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is passionate about combining women’s health with a sports medicine perspective. As a mom of two girls, she knows first-hand the mental and physical changes that happen into and throughout the motherhood journey. Crista also serves as assistant clinical professor at the University of Nevada, School of Medicine since 2007. She loves that her career provides the opportunity to collaborate with her patients to get back to doing the things we love. Dakota Ezell

Dakota Ezell, PT/DPT

My passion for Physical Therapy began during high school after a sports injury. The rehabilitation experience as a patient and my love for sports sparked my interest in sports medicine, primarily rehabilitation. I left my small hometown off the central coast of California to graduate with my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at San Diego State University in 2014. I achieved high honors and received my clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in April 2017. In May of 2017, I started my career with Nevada Physical Therapy and never looked back. I strive to provide individualized and evidence-based care to help patients resume the activities and lifestyles they enjoy; there is always a plan for you. I have since published a narrative review on rotator cuff repair rehabilitation in the JSES Reviews, Reports & Techniques. I have also taken up the sport of powerlifting and have competed locally. Outside of work, I spend time with my amazing wife, Sarah, our son, and our two pups.

Nick D'Agostino

Nick D'Agostino, PT/DPT, SSC

Everyone has something that gets them excited. For me, it has always been helping people make themselves stronger. This mission has acted as a compass in my life, guiding my direction. It helped me realize that first, I had to become strong myself before I started to help others, so I started training and competing in powerlifting and weightlifting. During my tenure as a recreational strength athlete, I accomplished a 606 lb squat, 370 lb bench press, a 700 lb deadlift, a 285 lb press, 405 lb clean and jerk, and a 310 lb snatch all-around a 240 lb bodyweight. That mission has led to accomplishment off the platform too. I earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, became a Starting Strength Seminar Staff Coach, and started my own coaching business, Emerge Stronger Inc. Most importantly, though, it led me to join the team at Nevada Physical Therapy, a diamond in the rough of outpatient physical therapy. A place where evidence is at the forefront of the decision-making process. A place where the person you are treating matters more than their insurance reimbursement—a place that helps me grow as a therapist and where I'm proud to work and help people accomplish their goals.

Laura Voss

Laura Voss, PT/DPT

Born and raised in Reno, Nevada I was fortunate enough to attend UNR on a scholarship to play soccer for the Wolf Pack. During my time at UNR, I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2015. I then moved to Southern California where I became a phlebotomy technician and personal trainer. While working my passion for science, problem solving, and promoting physical health continued to grow and is what led me to choosing Physical Therapy as a profession. I then attended The George Washington University to receive my Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May of 2021. As a clinician I continue to strive to give each patient personalized and directed care in order for them to achieve all their goals, decrease their pain, and improve their function. In my free time I continue to play soccer, ski, go for runs, play volleyball, and go on hikes with my dog and husband up at Lake Tahoe.

Jordan Morino

Jordan Morino, PT/DPT

Jordan was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada but moved to Reno to pursue his undergraduate degree in Nutritional Science at the University of Nevada in 2014. During his career at UNR, he had the opportunity to work at Nevada Physical Therapy for the first time as a PT tech. After completing his Bachelors of Science in Nutrition in 2018, he moved to Phoenix, AZ to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University’s biomedical campus. He practiced in the Phoenix valley for two years where his passion for making connections with his clients and creating meaningful change in their lives grew. However, in the Spring of 2023, the opportunity for Jordan to return to Nevada Physical Therapy presented itself and he had to accept. Outside of the clinic, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two huskies, playing basketball, reading, and cooking.

Perry Bradley, DPY

Perry Bradley, DPT

Born and raised in Reno, Nevada, I discovered my passion for athletics early on, particularly through volleyball. Throughout high school and early college, I dedicated myself to the sport, thriving on the challenges and camaraderie it provided. Unfortunately, an injury sidelined my competitive volleyball career, forcing me to reassess my path. Driven by a desire to remain involved in physical health and wellness, I found a new passion in teaching Pilates. I quickly fell in love with helping others become stronger and more resilient through targeted exercise and holistic health practices. This experience ignited a deeper ambition within me, leading me to pursue a degree in physical therapy. I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX in December 2023. Today, as a physical therapist based in Reno, I blend my expertise in Pilates with clinical knowledge to provide personalized care and rehabilitation strategies. I am dedicated to helping my clients regain mobility, strength, and overall wellness, drawing from my own experiences of resilience and passion for physical health.

Nick was so attentive to my needs and he structured his schedule to fit mine. My therapy was focused on my strengths and weaknesses; therefore, my recovery time was much shorter than expected. I highly recommend Nevada Physical Therapy for any lingering pain you may be experiencing.

The best Physical Therapy place I have ever visited. Rare to see an emphasis on finding the best method to improve injury instead of giving everyone the same plan. But the best part about this place is it's approach to well being during and after PT.

I was referred to Brian Fearnley by someone with significant credibility. I consider working with Brian a huge stroke of luck. This specific 'PT' is increasing my recovery potential a hundred fold. Brian knows his stuff. He is well versed in PT. He has athletic history at UNR and is active in our local community. He is clearly in this profession to help people recover and get under their own power.

As a professional athlete, injuries can make or break a career. Luckily, in my case, I had Nevada Physical Therapy on my side. Not only did they physically help me recover from a meniscus surgery, but they provided the best emotional support you could ask for in such a difficult time.

Phenomenal. I had some brutal injuries that resulted in four surgeries and seriously disrupted my life. There can be no doubt that the quality of life I enjoy today was a direct result of working with Nevada Physical Therapy.

For any of you reading this, this place is by far the best physical therapy place I have ever attended with exceptional staff.
